This Privacy Notice describes how Infofinancieramx Analítica, S.A. de C.V. (“Infofinancieramx” or “we”) processes personal data received through the website infofinancieramx.com, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

We use your data to respond to your request, send you the submission confirmation, inform you of the next steps and keep a minimum operational record. These purposes are necessary for the existence of the relationship with you.

7. ARCO rights and revocation of consent
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection (ARCO) and revoke your consent by writing to privacidad@infofinancieramx.com with a copy of an identification document. We will respond within the time frames established by the LFPDPPP.

8. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the described purposes and applicable legal obligations. Thereafter, we will delete it through blocking and secure suppression procedures.
